This is a playthrough of all the patches from Orchestral Tools' Solo Opera from their Organic Samples collection. I uploaded this video because there aren't many walkthroughs of this library on YouTube. In my opinion, the legato scripting is very good in this library. It is very limited offering only one vowel, but this would be an excellent sound for a wordless vocalizing operatic part. I think on its own it may not be the best value in light of some of the more sophisticated apps than can render sung words from a score; however, if you pick this up as part of the Organic Samples set, then it's a welcome addition as part of a great package. I plan to use it in a future composition. The Organic Samples collection has some standouts including a 12-dynamic layer piano, legato horn, and solo and chamber strings library. For this video, you can follow the patch changes by observing the Loaded Articulations section of the screen at the upper right. I play through the legato patches first and then the non-legato patches. If you are interested in any playthroughs for the other Organic Samples libraries, please like and subscribe and let me know in the comments which libraries, mic positions, etc., you would like me to demo. From orchestral tools I also own all of their free libraries as well as "Mountains" from Habitat and Studio Violins from L.A. Sessions.
