My favourite App this week is visual EQ Console by 4Pockets. A truly ‘desktop grade’ App, Visual EQ Console is for my money the best EQ Audio Unit on the App store.. I’ve talked at lenght in a previous video about one of Garageband for iOS’ weakest features - it’s visual EQ. Giving users only three EQ points to work with, it can be nigh on impossible to work with. Enter VisualEQConsole, which gives you High and low pass filters, Low and high shelf filters, 4 resonant parametric filters, a built in spectrum analyzer, Twin VU meters and a built in compressor and limiter.
